Ordering from outside the U.S.
At present Natural Fine Furnishings does not ship to addresses outside of the U.S. and it's territories. Natural Fine Furnishings does ship to Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands. A surcharge of $15.95 per order applies to shipping addresses outside of the continental U.S.

Shipping
Shipping Charges
Most orders ship within 48 hours by UPS Ground and usually arrive in 3-7 business days.
 
Freight cost is calculated for each item in the Shopping Cart Check out.  Any applicable freight surcharge will be displayed when you place the item in your shopping bag.
 
Orders placed by credit card must ship to the credit card address.  We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Express shipping
3-Day ($14.95 additional) and Next Day ($22.95 additional) shipping is available on most items. Items shipped via 3-Day or Next Day delivery that has been ordered by 2pm Eastern (Monday-Friday) will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2PM Eastern Friday and on Saturday-Sunday will ship on Monday. Charges are per address. Express shipping is not available for oversized items, or to P.O. boxes. Express shipping is not available to AK, HI, Guam, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands.

Shipping surcharges
Heavy or oversize items may be subject to a surcharge in addition to the regular delivery and handling charges listed above. Any applicable freight surcharge will be displayed when you place the item in your shopping bag; in our catalog, the surcharge appears in parentheses after the item price. Also, some items cannot be shipped via Express delivery or to AK, HI, Guam, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands and this is also noted on the product page.

Furniture shipping/Premier Service
Standard shipping of furniture is to your door (not inside). Premier Service is delivery to you that includes unpacking, initial room placement, and removal of packing materials, for an additional fee of $250 per item. Furniture cannot be shipped via express delivery and most furniture cannot be shipped outside of the continental U.S.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. Territories
Orders shipping to AK, HI, Guam, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands have a $15.95 surcharge added to cover additional costs. Express shipping is not available to AK, HI, Guam, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes in AK, HI, Guam, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands.

Shipping outside the U.S. or to APO/FPO addresses.
At present Natural Fine Furnishings does not ship to addresses outside of the U.S. and its territories (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam). We also do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Returns
Our guarantee
We are proud of our Natural Fine Furnishings collection and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If an item fails to meet your expectations, simply contact customerservice@naturalfinefurnishings.com or call 1-877- 749-7333 to discuss the reason for a return.  We regret that items will not be returned unless there is a shipment error or manufacturing defect, this is true for custom orders as well.  This does not include shipping damages, shipping errors and variations in wood color, texture or color tone of an item. Please note that all items agreed upon for return MUST be in all the original packaging to protect the item during transit.

Variations
Since items are natural products, some variations may occur, which make them unique.  Depending on the country of origin of a tree, the heart wood color ranges from light reddish beiges to dark reddish browns (sometimes with black swirls).  Due to humidity, the wood ages and some small cracks appear in the grain over time depending on where you live.  It's a little piece of life transported straight into your home. Direct sunlight can cause more checking on the ends (cracking), but simply rub in a wood preservative or wax to seal again and enjoy the beauty of one-of-a-kind piece! These are not acceptable reasons for a return

Shipping Errors and Damages
If your order arrived damaged, refuse the order with the shipping carrier upon attempted delivery for obvious damage.  For hidden damage you will need to file a claim with the shipping company, which we will assist with.  Also, your assistance in providing photographs and/or other evidence is much appreciated and will help expedite a solution.  If a packing error occurred, please contact customerservice@naturalfinefurnishings.com or call 1-877- 749-7333. We will let you know what to do next. If a replacement item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately; your credit card will be charged for the second shipment, but you will be credited for the original item including delivery and handling once the return has been processed. Please call us right away at 1-877-749-7333 or email us at customerservice@naturalfinefurnishings.com.

Canceling an order
To cancel an order of a backordered item, please contact us at 1-877- 749-7333. Please note that some backordered items will ship prior to the date stated in the shopping cart when you checkout. Natural Fine Furnishings cannot cancel an order for any item after the item has been picked for shipping.

How to return merchandise
Please refer to the return instructions on your packing slip and make sure your package is insured and prepaid. The item(s) must be in all original packaging to protect during transit. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages.

The Return Authorization (RA) number must be written on the return freight paperwork and on the carton.

Refunds
Please allow one billing cycle for a credit card refund to appear on your statement. Refunds on shipping and handling are credited only when an item is incorrectly shipped or arrives defective or damaged. Gift returns will be credited with a gift certificate.
